About Me

Dr. Muhammad Aamir Iqbal is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Agronomy, Faculty of Agriculture, UPR. His researcher expertise include development of sustainable cereal-legume farming systems by optimization of agronomic management practices especially plant nutrition, organic fertilization regimes, production of cereal–legume intercropping systems, preservation of forages, intercropping systems, and grassland management. He was conferred Doctorate in Agronomy by University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan, and he also underwent research training at the University of California Davis, USA, and the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Machinery Sciences, China. He has more than a decade of research and teaching experience. Dr. Iqbal has more than 103 research and review articles as well as numerous book chapters to his credit and is an editor and reviewer of many reputed journals.
