About Me

I am working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Poonch Rawalakot, Azad Kashmir-12350, Pakistan. I did my PhD from University of Agriculture Faisalabad-43080, Pakistan. I have more than 6 years’ experience of research and teaching with the core expertise in Food Technology, Dairy products and Milk Processing, functional dairy products . I have a number of research articles in reputed journals, and research proceedings in national and international conferences.
