I Dr. Khalid Mehmood joined the Faculty of Agriculture, Rawalakot as Lecturer in 2009. Recently serving as Associate Professor at the Department of Agronomy. I won CAS-TWAS Presidential Scholarship for the PhD studies from University of Chinese Academy of Science China and earned PhD degree in Agronomy in 2017. My research interests involves on promotion of sustainable agriculture through plant nutrition management with focus on exploiting organic amendments like, crop, animal residues, manures and their biochar or improving soil health and crop yields. I Have several publications in my credit relevant field of research, and due to key scholastic and research contribution in the field I was awarded with International Plant Nutrition Award in 2016.
