Dr. Hammad Riaz holds a PhD from COMSATS University Islamabad and has been working at the University of Poonch Rawalakot (UPR) for the past seven years. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Hammad Riaz's research focuses on business ethics, gender diversity, and organizational strategies. During his time as an Assistant Professor at UPR, he has successfully published 15 research papers, showcasing his dedication to scholarly contributions. His cumulative Impact Factor is 95.
