I am working as Lecturer in Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, University of Poonch, Rawalakot, since 2014. I have got my DVM and M.Phil degrees from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Later on, I did my PhD from Shanghai Veterinary Research Institute, GSCAAS, China in 2020. My major is Veterinary Parasitology. During my PhD, I have worked on isolation of Exosomes from saliva of tick, Hameaphysalis Longicornis. We have gone through the proteomic as well as miRNA profile of salivary derived exosomes. Previously, I have checked the efficacy of commercially available drugs as well as natural products against intestinal worms, namely Haemonchus contortus. At the moment, I am working on Research Project entitled “Molecular identification and Characterization of Haemoparasites infecting domestic animals in Azad Kashmir” funded by HEC-NRPU. Beside this, I am also working as Assistant Director Student Affairs, FVAS, UPR.
