About Me

Kanwal Mahmud received the BS degree in Software Engineering from International Islamic University, Pakistan in 2009 and MS in Information Sciences and Technology with research from Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan in 2017. She has been serving University of Poonch Rawalakot, AJ&K, Pakistan, as a Lecturer since 2012. She conducted research with Dr. Muhammad Usman on Trustworthiness of cloud services, during 2016-17. From her research work, She has been able to publish an article named as “Trust Establishment and Estimation in Cloud Services: A Systematic Literature Review” in prestigious Journal of Network and Systems Management. She published another paper in IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, which is named as “Closing the Loop in Feedback Driven Learning Environments Using Trust Decision Making and Utility Theory”. Her research interests include Cloud Computing, Service Computing, Web services and Software Engineering. Her paper titled as, “Dynamic Trust Evaluation of Learning Objects” has won the Best Paper Award in the IEEE ComTech 2017 conference.
