About Me

Bilal Ahmad received his Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from UCET Mirpur, AJK, Pakistan in 2008. He worked in PTCL as Trainee Engr. for one year. He worked as Communication Engr. Expert (in lieu of Captain) in Special Communication Organization (64 Signals Battalion) from 2011-2013. He moved to Shanghai University P.R China to carry his PhD in Electrical Engineering (2013-2017). He is currently working as Assistant Prof. in the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Poonch Rawalakot since 2017. He has also served as the Incharge Department of Electrical Engineering and the DDO Faculty of Engineering and Technology. His research interests include Time Synchronization, WSNs and Precision Agriculture.
