Lab Engineer
(Ph. D. Biomedical Engineering)
Research Area: Biomedical Signal Processing, EEG Signal Processing and Machine learning applications in Biomedical Engineering
About Me
I am a self-motivated and self disciplined individual with an interest in multidisciplinary fields including Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. I did B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, from Mirpur University of Science & Technology (MUST) Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. In my final year project I worked on thermal energy storage systems and published my research work in an international journal. After my graduation I joined University of Poonch Rawalakot, (UPR), AJK, Pakistan as a Lab Engineer.
Meanwhile I completed M.Sc. Electrical Engineering in 2019 in Electrical Engineering with specilization in Power Systems Engineering. In M.Sc. I did my research work on "Dynamic Energy Management with Renewable Energy and Storage System in Smart Grid".
Currently I am pursuing Ph. D. Biomedical Engineering from Riphah International University Islamabad, Pakistan.
RESEARCH INTEREST:
1. Signal processing and machine learning techniques for analyzing and classifying biomedical signals, with special emphasis on EEG, EMG, and ECG signals.
2. Design and development of wearable EEG electronics using machine learning techniques to enhance autonomous machine decision-making.
3. Artificial Intelligence-Based systems for health care applications.
4. Dynamic Energy Management in Smart Grid using Distributed Energy resources (DER) including policy issues in energy sharing and management.
5. Design and analysis of various parameters of thermal energy storage systems.
